About me

Daniele Mammoli

I'm a design technologist at EssilorLuxottica in Milan, where I lead Generative AI prototyping and adoption as Innovation Technologist.

I trained as an industrial designer at Politecnico di Milano, then moved into 3D and motion for luxury brands — Panerai, Oakley, Starck, Nuance Audio. Automating my own production work with scripts is what pulled me into AI: today I build tools with AI-assisted development, working backwards from the people who will use them.

One of the things I enjoy most is solving my own small, everyday problems by building a tool for them, and then sharing it with anyone who’s in the same situation.
